How to dry the sheets?
If you use a dryer, we recommend that you choose a short drying at low temperatures to avoid damaging the fabric. Also pay attention to the dryer load: the lower the load, the less the sheets will wrinkle.
Freshly washed bedding is a pleasure for the senses, especially when the smell invades the rooms of the house. However, it is important to dry it carefully to prevent it from getting damaged or acquiring a musty smell.
Wrinkled sheets in the dryer: how to avoid it
It may happen during the first few uses of the dryer that the sheets are still damp and twisted. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend that you put the sheets and dry them a few at a time (a couple maximum) in the dryer. In the event that the sheets are dried together with other clothes, it is advisable to put them in the drum first, spread out well. Drying folded sheets is not a good solution. In fact, the hot air from the dryer does not reach deeply into the folded sheets so they will remain damp in the middle.
Our tips for drying sheets without a dryer:
Not everyone can afford a dryer, no matter how comfortable and convenient it may be. In addition to the good practices of hanging the sheets in a dry place and spreading them out as best you can, we suggest that you do not add any other items of clothing to the washing machine drum during the washing phase. This way you can take advantage of all the space available on the clothesline and spread the bedding completely, so that it dries as quickly as possible.
We also remind you to be careful to set the appropriate washing program .
